The objective of the APIC course it to prepare the candidate for their introduction as a pilot in today’s airlines.

After completion of the training for a JAR ATPL many students find themselves at a loss as to which step to take next or indeed how to take that step. Therefore BCFT have devised a 3 day low cost course that will give the student a knowledge of:

• Jet Orientation
• Human Factors
• Airline Economics
• Crew Resource Management
• L/hand and Right hand crew responsibilities
• Management Development
• Presentation and Communication Skills
• CV Preparation
• Interview Skills

The course will culminate in a ‘dummy’ airline interview, conducted by highly experienced airline interviewing personnel, and associated debriefs.

The APIC is a skill and confidence building course that is designed as a stand alone, or addition to, the BCFT MCC course, it is conducted by airline training captains and members of the Industry Personnel Department. The course is specifically designed to give maximum tuition for minimum cost, and we believe it to be an invaluable asset to any prospective airline pilot.
